The NAV-X History Manager Extension makes tracking who changed data in Dynamics NAV (Microsoft Business Central) a breeze. Right from the form the change was made (i.e. Item or Customer Card), you can see what fields were changed, who changed it, what the old data was, and what it was changed to. This capability is excellent for ensuring solid audit procedures, and accountability to critical data when many users have the ability to modify common information and generally improved security and data consistency. No longer will you ask ‘who changed the commission rate on this order? and get “I have no idea??” from your sales team.
