Clients First is determined to provide our customers with
unparalleled support. Help is only a phone call or e-mail
away, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. All key
support personnel are connected to clients through real-time
Wireless Email. In addition, clients are given home phone
numbers and e-mail addresses to ensure consistent satisfaction
with our services.
We utilize
a unique technology that allows real-time interaction with our
clients. Any computer with an Internet connection will enable
this contact. Upon receiving permission from our client, we
can see and control their screen and keyboard or they can see
and control ours.
In the near future, we will also have a web-based discussion
board that will allow our customers and team members to post
and reply to topics in a forum basis. This is ideal for
brainstorming among companies about non-urgent issues.
At Clients
First, we always have people, not machines, answering our
phone. We believe that when a client has an emergency or unique
situation, speaking to a human, not an automated attendant, is
critical for timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
