Mr.
Spadaro attended Ohio State University, where he
studied Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and
Economics. In 1984, he was employed by a personnel
consulting firm specializing in the recruitment and
placement of engineering talent at companies in the
region. He was asked to head up a project to move
the firm into a new market - information
technology. After a successful launch of a new
business segment, Mr. Spadaro moved to a software,
consulting and hardware engineering firm where he
worked in pre-sales support for mid-market ERP
software solutions.
In 1987, Mr. Spadaro and a partner formed Advanced
Manufacturing Techniques, a provider of turn-key
manufacturing and distribution solutions to
mid-market companies, along with manufacturing
consulting services. Under Mr. Spadaro’s direction,
AMT has successfully deployed and supported systems
for companies such as DuPont and Eaton Corporation,
as well as many small and mid-market, family-owned
manufacturers and distributors in North and South
America. Today, he is hands-on involved with
customer projects in the areas of project
management, software design and configuration, and
pre-sales support. He takes great pride and
satisfaction in a job well done and seeing his
clients improve efficiencies and their bottom line
as a result of their collective efforts.
He spends his spare time showing cutting horses and
working with children introducing them to the horse
that won the West – the American Quarter Horse.
