Joanne Wasak began her career as a software consultant in 1983 for the CPA firm, Shea, Labagh and Dobberstein located in San Francisco, CA.  She became a Principal in the firm in charge of their software consulting practice as well as sales.   Over the years, she has assisted hundreds of companies in the selection and implementation of accounting software and management information systems.     

In 1993, Joanne co-founded Accuvar,  a firm designed to assist clients in the selection and implementation of financial software applications primarily focusing on wholesale distribution and manufacturers.  She has worked with many of the top software packages, such as Sage MAS90/200, Sage MAS500, and  Microsoft Dynamics-AX. 

As Managing Director of the Clients First Business Solutions California office, Joanne is responsible for client relations and the management of their consulting group.    She works closely with their existing client base to ensure their long-term customer satisfaction.  Commitment to customer satisfaction and close attention to detail during the implementation process has allowed CFBS to become recognized as a leader in the Northern California Accounting Software community.  They currently focus efforts on working with Sage MAS90/MAS200, Sage MAS500 and Microsoft Dynamics-AX.  While they have provided software solutions to companies in many different industries, they continue to be focused on serving mid-market distribution and manufacturing companies.

 Joanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information and Computing Systems, with an emphasis on programming from San Francisco State University.
