Jim
Willingham graduated from the University of Alabama
in 1966 with a degree in Aerospace Engineering. He
then worked with NASA’s Saturn program in
Huntsville, Alabama in the project management team
for the propulsion system sending US astronauts to
the moon. Jim was commissioned as a Lieutenant in
the USAF and served on active duty with the Air
Force Systems Command. He served four years as a
Project Engineer on several new weapon systems being
designed for the South East Asia conflict.
After receiving an Honorable Discharge from the USAF
with the rank as Captain, Jim was employed by FAYCO,
Inc., a manufacturer of road construction products
in Fayette, Alabama as Vice President.
In
1981, Jim founded DataHouse. Since then he has been
dedicated to growing the company he founded by
providing quality business information solutions to
a variety of industries in the Southeastern United
States.
