Alan J. Rothstein, Certified Public Accountant, brings to Clients First more than 30 years of combined business operations, internal systems, financial management and sales experience in the import, distribution, transportation, service and food industries. As Chief Financial Officer, Alan is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s financial and business operations.  He will also play a key role in the company’s business development efforts and will serve to ensure that each and every client is completely satisfied.  Alan is a Certified Navision Consultant and a Microsoft Business Solutions C.A.E.     

Prior to joining Clients First, Alan was employed by Aston Business Solutions (formerly Xecutec Business Systems, Inc.), an international software consulting company.  During his 8 years with Aston, Alan held the position of Regional and Corporate Controller.

Prior to 1995, Alan worked for various CPA firms as an Audit Manager and as Controller for an Import/Distribution company and for two International Transportation companies. As Audit Manager, he supervised and conducted audit, review and compilation engagements for real estate, distribution, service industry, food and transportation companies.

Alan is a graduate of City College of New York (CUNY) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Accounting.  A member of the American Institute and the New Jersey State Society of CPA’s, he has also performed Peer Reviews and has personally undergone Peer Review under the AICPA Peer Review Program.
