• Analyze client needs, and help design the right solution
• Implement, configure, customize and integrate Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP solutions for clients across industry sector
• Have the ability to grasp and analyze the essential elements of a business process to identify its strengths and areas which require improvement
• Draft development functional specifications
• Provide user training and ongoing support to your clients

• BS/BA in the field of business administration, accounting or management information systems
• Minimum of 2 years ERP system implementation experience including manufacturing, distribution, sales and finance. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics helpful, but will consider experience with other current ERP systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Great Plains, Solomon, etc.
• Some consulting experience
• An ability to communicate with staff at all levels of an organization
• The ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment when resolving issues
• Working well with others on the team and sharing knowledge to assist others
• Travel about 10 to 15%
• Maintaining a positive attitude
