MAS 90/200 User Group Meeting on Wednesday, July 21st, 2010

Tuesday, June 22nd, 2010

Please be our guest on Wednesday, July 21st for our complimentary MAS90/200 User Group Meeting.  As day-to-day users of MAS, this meeting is for you.  We will discuss Business Insights Explorer (BIE) and how this powerful tool helps increase your productivity with minimal effort.  So please join us!

MAS Business Insights Explorer (”BIE”) – User Friendly Reporting and Drill-Down at your Fingertips.

An unsung hero in MAS, BIE has been available since release 4.0, growing and improving with each new MAS release. But what is it and how do we make use of it in our daily business routines? How is this different from modifying Crystal forms or creating new Crystal reports?

We’ll take a look at some of the basic functionality in the BIE modules as well as a more detailed look into how to develop more complex reports with a minimum of effort.

We will also review the MAS90/200 Product Roadmap.  Hear about scheduled Product Updates and future Enhancements.

As always, this meeting is about you and how you use MAS90/200 – bring your questions and comments to share with other Users and our staff.  Let’s explore together!

Due to the limited number of workstations available for this specific User Group Meeting, space is limited.  Please contact Mary Walsh today to reserve your space. Call 1-888-222-8827 and ask for extension 319 or email Mary at mwalsh@clientsfirst-us.com

Clients First Increases Knowledge at Sage Insights

Tuesday, April 27th, 2010

We will be attending Sage Insights next month In Denver, Colorado.  Why do we think that you want to know this?  It is the annual Sage event held for all of their partners like us.  It is both a learning and networking experience that we know adds value to our practice and our clients.

Some of the benefits from attending are:

  • Finding out what is in the product roadmap – where are the products headed
  • Networking with other partners, vendors, and Sage staff and executives.
  • Attending learning sessions — over 400 sessions this year are scheduled
  • Joining in an open and candid Q&A session with key Sage executives
  • Attending the Sage Exceptional Customer Experience workshop where we explore how we can support our customers at a new level of excellence.

Attending Sage Insights is another in the many ways we at Clients First work hard to stay current in new technologies, on top of market trends and continue to be relevant and valuable to our clients.

By the way, next year’s Insights will be a first in that Sage customers as well as partners will attend.  It will be held in Washington DC in July.  We hope you can make it.  Please let us know if you have any questions or comments.

MAS 90/200/500 User Group Topics

Wednesday, March 24th, 2010

As you are no doubt aware, we hold regular User Group Meetings in our Pleasant Hill Office.  These are designed for our MAS 90/200 and MAS 500 clients — both newbies and old timers — to learn what’s new, learn tips and tricks and share their experiences with one another.

Attendees consistently give high marks for the experience and for the information they can take back to their organizations and put into practice.

We need your help, though. In the spirit of keeping the User Groups focused on YOUR needs, we ask that you take a minute to tell us what topics you would like to see in future meetings.

Is there a topic you need covered?  Perhaps a process that you need a little help or guidance with?  Let us know!

This is your chance to help craft the agendas for our meetings and make them even more relevant.

Please send your ideas to Mary Walsh  mwalsh@clientsfirst-us.com, or call us at 888-222-8827.

Thanks and have a great day.
