MAS 90/200 User Group Coming March 24th 2010

Please join us on Wednesday, March 24th, 2010 for a complimentary MAS 90/200 User Group Meeting.  We will review new module enhancements and expanded “System-Wide” features of MAS 90/200 version 4.4.

We will cover the follwing ,moduel enhancements:

  • Accounts Receivable:  Expanded Customer number
  • Inventory: Expanded item number, new grid formats for data entry – including physical inventory, decimal precision enhancements, batch entry, improved cost adjustment utilities, zero costing processing
  • Purchase Order: batch entry in multiple PO areas including PO Entry, Receipt, Returns, Issues; register update reports re-sequencing, improved reports and reporting capabilities
  • Bill of Materials: significantly streamlined reporting (on-the-fly and reports) for where-used, revision management, sub-assemblies, components, et.; increased integration such as printing comments and misc. charges on Picking Sheets, and more.
  • Bar Code: now processes up to 15 different functional areas within MAS including Sales Order, Inventory, and Bill of Materials; supports RF-handhelds; carries forward far more data including user-defined fields, configurable logic for “rejection” processing when using the scanners, etc.

We will also cover these expanded “System-Wide” features increase personalization options and overall usability and include (to name a few):

Hyperlinks, Memo workflow, user and date/time-stamping, report and form management, fiscal and period reporting flexibility, enhanced security, “right click” functionality, and BIE (Business Insights Explorer) enhancements.

Introduction to Crystal Reports Class on March 9 and 10

Please plan on attending our Introduction to Crystal Reports Class that we are holding on the 9th and 10th of March 2010.

Prerequisites:

-          Bring any samples of reports that you prepare either through accounting software or another source (paper, excel, etc).

-          Bring current crystal reports that need updating or modifications (fonts, spacing, graphics, etc.)

In this class, we will:

-          Walk through the basics of creating a report from scratch and by a wizard

-          Link data tables in a logical order that makes data mining more productive

-          Sort and Group records to make presentation easier

-          Create basic formulas to create totals and allow for run-time user defined options

-          Modify existing reports so you can return to the office and start being productive ASAP!

You will walk away with:

-          Hands on experience in creating basic reports from scratch and with a wizard

-          Practical experience in modifying currently used reports

-          Overall understanding of the basic constructs of a crystal report

Fee:

     $825.00 per person for the 2-day class
