Accounting Software Shootout

We often get asked if we will do live software comparisons between leading ERP, accounting, distribution or manufacturing programs.

We’ve tried to do live scheduled seminars but have found there wasn’t enough interest in local companies coming out for a day to see this.

On our site, we have extensive information and demos on the leading solutions from Sage, Microsoft and SAP including Sage MAS90, MAS200, MAS500, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, AX, GP & SL as well as SAP Business One. The landing page is HERE.

We have often looked at individual prospect’s and client’s needs and shown more than one application for them and us to decide which is the best possible fit and this has worked out well in the end. Why now is the Best time to buy an ERP solution… An Addendum..

Hopefully you’ve read our whitepaper on Why Now is the Best Time to buy an ERP Solution.

However, I just ran across this front page article from the New York Times. The article talks about why homeowners are embarking on major projects and renovations during this weak economy.

They key points are:

Prices significantly lower than what they were quoted during “good times.”
Quality and attention to detail that was historically very rare due to contractors rushing and juggling so many jobs in the past
Projects being completed well under budget AND under the expected timeline. Again, historically experience was that contractors would randomly not show up, and would cut days short to move between job sites to keep all their customers somewhat ‘happy.’

Investing in a major ERP, Accounting or CRM solution really has more in common with what this article discusses than not. See for yourself as the article is here:

Thinking of buying an Accounting, Distribution or ERP Solution? Why NOW is the best time…

There will NEVER be a better time to invest in your business if an ERP solution is under consideration … This is why:

√ Prices that will never again be this low!

No matter how you word it, the US has seen rapid deflation in the past two quarters. In order to not damage future prospects companies are offering unheard of incentives. You can literally get a 33% discount on an American car. Gasoline is 75% less than a year ago and 30% to 50% less than the average in the last 10 years or so (inflation adjusted.) Companies would rather sell inventory at a loss than have to auction it and you the purchaser (business or consumer) can greatly benefit.
