MAS90 running slow? Some MAS90 and MAS200 Performance Tips.

This is a blog I posted on our 90minds.com organization website.  The article discusses how the new 4.x architecture improves MAS90/200 but also some of the reasons why it can run much slower than the prior 3.x versions.

The article discusses workstation configuraitons, RAM, antivirus, ODBC setups etc.  I added very important comments regarding network adapter speeds.  To reiterate here, for significant performance improvements, especially when launching MAS90 programs, you want all of your network components and cabling to be running at Gigabit speeds.  100mb just isn’t fast enough.  If that’s not viable I recommend either going to a citrix/terminal server environment (we can help) or upgrading to MAS200.
